OPENESS is EQUAL to TRUST.. TRUST is EQUAL to OPENESS.. TRUST - TopicsExpress

OPENESS is EQUAL to TRUST.. TRUST is EQUAL to OPENESS.. TRUST = OPENESS WITHOUT OPENESS, there is NO TRUST. WITHOUT TRUST, there is NO OPENESS.. No company willing to TRUST you and to HIRE you as their employee, if you are NOT OPEN yourself and your CV to them.. It is VERY IMPORTANT to KNOW you FIRST from your CV, to get to know your background and status. After that the company will GIVE their TRUST to you to handle the JOB.. Well it is the SAME thing happen to the Relationship, Marriage or Friendship.. Without telling to somebody about who the real you are, how can any people trust you if they dont know you behind their back? How can you said somebody is your friend and can Trust her or him, IF she or he does NOT OPEN to you, not communicate to you in honest way?? Trust is Growing by time, can NOT be BLINDed FOOLISH..! When you have a Bestfriend/couple/partner, you OPEN to them and tell them about you because you TRUST them.. If you are NOT OPEN and still like to HIDE something, that mean you DONT trust your bestfriend/couple/partner for you to be OPENED FREELY.. Mostly people WHO is INSECURE with themselves, they HATE OPENESS and make Self Projection defense by BLAMING other people (couple/partner/bestfriend) that they do NOT trust him/her.. He likes to say that I DONT trust him but actually The truth is he can NOT Trust himself and me for him to be Opened to tell the Truth about him.. Self PROJECTION DEFENSE.. He needs to protect his mistakes and his Lack of Trust to let himself being OPENED to me.. Normally people WHO can NOT trust other people (like him) is having the LACK of Trust and WHO is OFTEN telling or BLAMING his couple/partner does NOT Trust him..! NOT Honest + NOT OPEN = Lack of TRUST Lack of TRUST = NOT Honest + NOT OPEN. Main character is Twisting around as Self Projection defense himself.. Honest Liar.. youtube/watch?v=YpEeSa6zBTE
