*OPENING HOURS THIS WEEKEND* As you all know Myself & Benji are off to Manchester for our CrossFit Level 1 Course. Therefore unfortunately there will be a few changes to the Timetable. Fri 8am till 12pm. Sat 9am till 11am. Cliff will be running Strongman, please be on time and a bit earlier to give him a hand setting up if you can. Dont worry it will be a hard one xxxxx Sun Closed. Back to Running will still be on. Monday 9am ( Jeff & Emma will be there) onwards then back to normal xxx Thank you. Wish us luck, gonna need it xxxxx
