OPINION: On ; Binay, Antonio Tiu et al., #thursday SunChamp is a corporation underwhich under philippine law and statutes is a Juridical Entity. SunChamp served as the cradle for Vp Binay`s millions of plunder, thru its Majority share holder Antonio Tiu. under such circumstance it is IMPOSSIBLE to prove that Binay is guilty of the allegations because the Sta Rosario Mansion is owned, tax declared and purchased DAW by share holders cash advances, Hence, it is not owned by a private entity of such. HOWEVER, this does not mean that the crook in the puzzling statements can get away with it. Based on what I have observed, Tiu`s camp is battling to catch up to produce all papers to render as factual whether fraudulent or false by nature. It is in the aid of legislation that will concur the matter and carry out the discretion to the proper court. IF proven guilty, the penalty shall be imposed on the officer or officers of said corporation, partnership, association or juridical entity who caused the violation (RA 7279). Good evening!^^
