ORGANISATION: NATIONAL STATISTICAL OFFICE POST: TEMPORARY ENUMERATORS TO UNDERTAKE A BASELINE CENSUS FOR SAMPLE VITAL REGISTRATION WITH VERBAL AUTOPSY (SAVVY) IN MALAWI The National statistical Office (NSO) with technical support from the United States Census Bureau and financial support from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) intends to undertake a baseline census in selected sites spanned by 24 districts where a verbal autopsy survey will later be administered. The baseline census aims at collecting information on basic demographic information for all households sampled for SAVVY. The NSO is, therefore, inviting applications from eligible candidates for the temporary post of ENUMERATOR to undertake a baseline census for SAVVY for a period of about 30 days. QUALIFICATIONS Applicants must be Malawian holders of full MSCE with credits in Mathematics and English. Those with previous experience in social-economic surveys will have an added advantage. METHOD OF APPLICATION Applicants should submit written applications stating their educational qualifications and work experience (if any). Apart from writing good English, applicants should also be able to speak English fluently.
