Ajao: my party lost in thé unit i voted Edosanwa: all thèse complaint in your witness statement on oath are thé complaints by members across the state Ajao: i as a party secretary received calls about what was happening on ground all over the state. Ajao: hé was a sénatorial candidate under thé PDP Edosanwa SAN: in your paragraph 30 of your witness statement on oath you made allusion to register of voters. How many registered voters do wé have in thé state? Ajao: about 1.4million voters Edosanwa SAN: you said between 9th july and election you had 3 sets of register of voters? Ajao: i Nevers worked for INEC. Chief Yomi Aliu: in your witness statement on oath, you complain a bout Oyes being recruited as INEC adhoc staff, do you have thé list of thé Oyes cadet and NYSC? Ajao: i dont have thé list of OYes cadets and NYSC. Chief Yomi Aliu: are you à recruiting officier for INEC? Ajao: i am not à recruiting officier for INEC. Ayo Ogunleye: you know there are 30 LG in Osun State. Ajao: yes Ayo Ogunleye: you are also aware that there are 332 wards and 3010 polling units Ajao: Yes Ayo Ogunleye: in all thèse units you have list of agents you submitted to INEC? Ajao: yes Ayo Ogunleye: on 4th August 2014 INEC organised à stakeholder meeting which was attended by officials of thé registered political parties. Ajao: yes Ayo Ogunleye: on thé day of election you are not stationed at a particular unit because you are not à polling agent. Ajao: i am not à polling agent. Ayo Ogunleye: you said you received several calls on thé day of élection, can wé have thé transcripts of those call? Ajao: i do not have the transcripts of thé calls i received from thé agents. Ayo Ogunleye: was there any time INEC engaged you in any capacity in thé élection process? Ajao: INEC did not engagé me in any capacity in thé élection process.
