OSUN ELECTION TRIBUNAL UPDATE AS AT 28/10/2014 By 4pm today 28/10/2013, APC and PDP Inspection teams of election materials at INEC Office, Osogbo scanned and inspected ballot papers used in the last governorship election up to ward 5 unit 4 of Ilesa East Local Government. The implication of this is that the parties are through with the inspection of 5 Local Government- including Obokun, Osogbo, Olorunda, Atakunmosa East and Irewole Local Government Area. The inspection has been smooth; thus confirming the wishes of the electorate as desplayed on the 9th August, 2014 through the ballot. The duty of representatives of parties involved as granted by the Tribunal is restricted to scanning of the ballot papers. Meanwhike, a reporter from Galaxy Television who came to comfirm the veracity of recounting of votes claims at INEC office, Osogbo was prevented from carrying out his duty by the PDP Inspection team.
