OSullivan Welcomes Conditional Planning Permission For Supermarket at Seafied Site Councillor Aaron OSullivan has welcomed the decision by Cork County Council on Monday15th of December last to grant provisional planning permission for a Supermarket at the Seafield Site in Youghal. “This decision is most welcome and is a positive development for Youghal. The planning permission is not set in stone however as there is a statutory period in which objections can be submitted and the matter may eventually have to go to An Bord Pleanala. However, it is a postive foundation that Cork County Council has given approval” stated OSullivan. “I have raised the issue of the derelict Seafiled Site at Council level and this is an opportunity to address that unsightly eyesore”concluded OSullivan.
