You will both quickly get bored if you don’t shake things up now and again, and more often than not that boredom gets taken out on each other. 4. Take advantage of marriage resources that are available. Find Islamic lectures given on Marriages nearby or on You tube. 5. Don’t play the blame game. When you blame your spouse for problems, nobody wins. 6. Pray to Allah with sincerity. Supplicate to Him alone to safeguard your marriage and to grant you both true understanding.
