OTB CENTER POLICIES & PROCEDURES: Classes are full at OTB, and business is booming thanks to you! THANK YOU! We appreciate you trusting us with your children, and being such an intricate part of our program. Please take note of the following policies and procedures in place at the OTB Center in Woodland Hills: 1) Classes are capped at 10 and 12 students (12 students is only for YB classes). If a class is full, you will not be allowed to join if the maximum number of students is present. There are no exceptions to this rule. 2) All attendees/students must register for classes. This can be done online or by calling (818) 348-PLAY. 3) It is the clients responsibility to make sure they are registered for a class. If you ask the front desk to do it for you, you need to confirm online, and make sure you know exactly who you spoke with. 4) If you are more than 10 minutes late to class without calling us, your spot can and will be given away to someone on the waiting list. 5) Classes do not roll over if you are on a membership. You have a certain number of classes to use during your 30 day billing cycle. If you dont use them, you lose them. They cannot be given away. 6) We do not offer refunds for any reason. There is no exception to this policy. Rather, in certain and approved circumstances, a class credit may be given. This is at the discretion of the Owner. 7) If you are on a membership and want to cancel so that you are not billed again, it is your responsibility to do this yourself online, or call the front desk staff to assist you. If you miss the deadline, a refund will not be issued. 8) We dont give refunds or class credits for illness, vacations, nap schedule changes, etc. 9) When we have clients/customers in class who have privacy issues, NO PHOTOS will be permitted to protect their confidentiality. Parents not respecting this request will be asked to leave and a class credit will be issued to attend another class.
