OTHER THOUGHTS 1. Commenting on the Governments climate policy Mr Cormann said he was confident in the Federal Governments climate change plan. The truth is that our Direct Action policy, which was legislated by the Parliament, will ensure we achieve our emissions reductions targets for the future, he said. The problem is nobody believes him. 2. Newspoll shows us that among voters aged 18 to 34, support for the Greens (19 per cent) and other minor parties and independents (14 per cent) is a combined 33 per cent, higher than the 30 per cent support for the Coalition; Labor is on 37 per cent. A message for both major parties.
