Job Duties and Responsibilities: 1-Responsible for providing first line support for company users and (clients if needed). 2-Implements, install, configure, updates, monitors, supports, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing and new systems and hardware. 3-Responsible for making regular backups and restores if needed. 4-Install configures, manage and support virtual machine, network switches, VLAN, routers and UTM appliances. 5-Manage finger print machines, DBs, file server, FTP and backup solution 6-Deliver continuous improvement of recipes, scripts and templates for deployment of company systems 7-Identify and schedule routine maintenance events for systems and environments. 8-Deploy and manage associated application platforms used to manage the environment. 9-Environment uptime that exceeds SLA metrics. 10-Keep current on relevant technologies, while always searching for the next emerging solution 11-Performs any other related duties as assigned by his direct manager. Qualifications: 1- Computer science or equivalent 2- 1-2 years’ experience 3- Ability to work under pressure, multisite and multitasks. 4- Good communication skills and Customer service oriented. 5- CCNA and MCITP certified are preferred. 6- Has a strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, AD, VoIP, routing and switching. 7- Has strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems (Server and Client) Interested candidates can send their CVs on jobs@otsdc with subject "Junior System Administrator"
