OUR CHILDREN ACHIEVE LIFE-LONG SUCCESS Announcing our new vision statement which will guide all future decisions. Our programs, budgets, staffing, systems, marketing, fundraising, and everything we do will be focused on fulfilling this vision! Our Mission, which is the how we will accomplish our Vision, is “to be the choice provider of safe, affordable, accessible out-of-school-times childcare with enrichment services, aligned with community schools.” The Values which will guide us are: 1. Support our children by providing safe, fun, and an engaging environment. 2. Support our children’s strengths to enhance their growth and development with our programs guided by B.A.S.E. Camp principles. 3. Support our parents by meeting their needs and expectations for out-of-school care. 4. Support our employees, holding each other accountable to perform at the highest standards. 5. Support our schools, with partnerships, out-of-school childcare, enrichment, and extended learning opportunities. 6. Support our local economy by providing care for children of working families. 7. Support our communities through support of family, education, work force and child care As we move forward and implement these, we appreciate any and all input, suggestions, and support you wish to provide.
