OUR FIRST EDITION: Taste of Trinidad estate mini bars... We are proud to announce that we will be launching this 4 bar set at the Slow Food Terra Madre exhibition in Turin Italy in a couple weeks! It has always been my dream since starting on this cocoa journey to explore and to share with others the varying flavours within our unique Trinitario hybrids across the islands of Trinidad and Tobago. These four estates were chosen to start because I have personal connection to the people or because of a rich history, connecting us to when cocoa was king. Each set has a poster with information on each estate and geographic location and a direct contact to the estate so that if buyers are interested in acquiring beans from a specific estate, they could contact them directly and therefore the producer and chocolate manufacturer are communicating and making transactions directly. We hope for this to be an ongoing project :) It will be available in Trinidad and Tobago as soon as I can restock ;) Thank you as always for being an encouraging part of our wild journey :)!! Cocobel
