OUR GOD IS NOT ONLY GOD OF 2ND CHANCE BUT OF MULTI- CHANCES - TopicsExpress

OUR GOD IS NOT ONLY GOD OF 2ND CHANCE BUT OF MULTI- CHANCES UNTIL.... King David when out of the lust of flesh used his power wrongly on innocent man, fornicates with his wife and by trying to cover up his error ends the innocent life in a mysterious death. In his own rightful mind, he thought he has succeeded on this evil act, his thinking faculty did not allow him to reason towards his dreadful and wicked acts, but God sent His message to him thru His messanger. Right at the moment ,he realised the danger in his wickedness, and went in confessing his evil act and ask for mercy of God to speak on his behalf. And through this another chance were given to him. Proverbs 28:13 says, People who conceal their sins will not prosper. But if they confess and turn from them, they will receive mercy. Another translation of this proverb concludes, He gets another chance (TLB). Many today were given another chances to let go of sinful nature and ways simply by following what has been line up in the HOLY BOOK as guidelines , But unfortunately took the opportunity of this chances to mingle deeply in sins, iniquity and transgressions. Apostle Paul on his way to Damascus can easily end his life mysterious on this road, but he realised his evil deeds, change his life confess his sins, and in the process use this new chance to breed people into the kingdom of God. Many were privileged like Apostle Paul, who through accident, sickness, diseases, one form of tragedy or the other survived through another divine chances but instead to let go of the worldly attachments they are blindfolded with, refuse to let go. They in their stubborn heart go extra in the desire of the things of the world rather than things of God. God in His passion and mercy does everything possible to draw us to repentance, offering forgiveness and second chances ( 2 Peter 3:9 ). But if we continue to reject Him, the offer is withdrawn and, at death, there are no more chances (Hebrew 9:27) Our God is indeed a forgiving God but has a limit on forgiveness. In Romans 1:18-32 , the apostle Paul warns us about what could happen when we continue to spurn Gods patience and reject His call to repentance. Three different times, the phrase God turned them over appears. When we insist on running our lives the way we want rather than the way God wants, He allow us. Eventually, when our hearts are hardened against Him, He release us to our self ambitions . He turns us over to a reprobate mind, one that can no longer seek God but allow things of the flesh to take full control in becoming our god. There are many souls out there that needs us through the new chances we received from God, if Apostle Paul in his status , well educated, social, and many more refuse to do it Gods way and use the second chance he gotten wrecklessly, those who are saved through the chances would have die in sins and their blood would have been on him. Our second chances must be used to bring in candidates to the KINGDOM OF GOD. Not to be used selfishly, Gods love for /on us must be graced in our lives as well as others. Micah 7:18 says, Who is a God like you, pardoning iniquity and passing over transgression for the remnant of his inheritance? He does not retain his anger forever, because he delights in steadfast love. Bless the name of the Lord #YE MUST BE BORN AGAIN#
