OUTCOME OF REAL ESTATE BUSINESS ISSUE IN YAMBA: After emailing a formal complaint to my real estate agent last night I gave them till COB today for a response. Before responding I pointed out they might like to check my FB posts as there were over 20 people who had the same sentiments as me. First email from the real estate owner came through with an apology at 6.10 am. Second email from the actual offender (a woman) came through at 8.10am. When people do the wrong thing by me I give them one chance to right their wrong otherwise it is then I go public with a name and shame. The principal of this business has assured their processes have now changed because of this incident. I am no-ones moral or business compass and drew my line in the sand many years ago and refuse to be spoken to or treated badly by anyone. I remain the consummate professional and dont need a contract to validate by values or integrity, my word should be enough as it always has been! Once again everyone thank you so much for your mighty words of wisdom as they showed I am not a lone wolf in my thoughts on businesses behaving badly in Yamba. XXX000
