OVER 300 PF MEMBERS FROM MATERO JOIN UPND Over 300 members of PF in Matero constituency in Lusaka have resigned from the ruling party to join UPND. A source tells the Zambian Eye, that the members are expected to formally join UPND this week. The members are said to be leading the way for their Member of Parliament Miles Sampa who has hinted that he has no problem working with UPND. Sampa has indicated that he may form a party but support HH in the January 20 Presidential election. But the source say Sampa could join UPND. This week Sampa said he was not part of the reconciliation brokered by Bishop Joshua Banda between Guy Scott and Edgar Lungu.
