OVGE is just 1 day away! Vendors and Exhibitors only will be able to start setting up around 5pm tomorrow at PJ Gamers LLC. There are three doors along the back of the facility where vendors/exhibitors can park and unload their stuff. Additionally there is parking behind the facility for vendors and exhibitors. Remember to bring extension cords and surge strips if you want access to power and it is highly advised to bring a table covering to prevent your items from slipping around on the tables though it isnt required. Dont forget the year we will have a Robocop arcade cabinet all adjusted and ready for play and to raffle off during the event! Raffle tickets are only a $1 each and you can purchase as many as you want. You dont have to be present to win, but you will have to arrange for your own transport of the arcade game should you win. OVGE staff worked on it today and it ready for the lucky winner to take home! Remember all the proceeds from the raffle go towards Education in The Dominican Republic!
