Nozawa local and Oyaki specialist Takasawa-san will guide you through the steps in creating this delicious Japanese snack. An interpreter is present during the classes and a translated version of the recipe provided so you can try it at home too. This is a truly cultural experience and loads of fun. A traditional Nozawa lunch is provided, with of course, your freshly steamed Oyaki buns!
