OYE VEHHH ...FB ... GUYS n DOLLS ... mid-morning musings ... A bunch of us .... Bloggers / Foodie Group Admins / Reviewers .. a heady mix .. met, as a Group, for the First Time, on I2th October, 20I4, at Bootleggers Republic Cafe .. an unstructured meeting .. but .. the start of our little group of Writers ... Our Second Meeting was on I9th October, 20I4 at Purani Dillis Al-Karam Kebab House and that certainly served to set the ball rolling ... Last Night, yesterday, 2Ist October, 20I4, was the Third Meeting, as a Group, at Hotel Leela Palace, Kempinski, Chanakayapuri, and we had the opportunity to interact with a great bunch of people, some of them very close personal friends ... When we set out, as a Group, all that I had requested was to Park Our Egos and work together, for each other. We have not yet finalized a name, for the Group, but, this morning, I did develop a Tag Line which I hope will work .. Malice Towards None ... One For All .. It is now my 37th Year in the Hospitality Industry; Some of my Batch Mates in the MT Batch of I978 - 80 (Oberoi Hotel School - now OCLD) have gone on to touch great heights .. I cannot say that I have done so .. but .. no regrets .. I am Happy ... Hum to Aisey Hee Hain .. Burey ya Theek Theek ... On my Journey, I have made plenty of Enemies .. sure ... Shit Happens But, much much much more ... I have made wonderful Friends .. One of them was there last night .. and .. how can I ever forget, that when i was hurting, no money in my wallet that day, She pulled out 3k and gave it me .. has never asked, even once, when I mean to return it ... It is these Friends who make me what I am, today, Fighting On ... and fight I will ... no matter how much my payments are held up .. no matter how much I am maligned behind my back, by peeps who do not have the balls (and I say that word with particular meaning .. even though one of them lacks that functional equipment) to say anything to my FACE ...chicken shits ... This little initiative that we have kicked off may or may not work .. but .. it will certainly not be for want of trying .. So, there YOU are ... Fellows of The Bloggers Table .. some more Gyaan .. YOU must be thinking where does this Ole Man come from ... hahahaha ... I COME FROM THE HEART .. and .. though .. I do try .. to dominate my Heart by my Brain ... I do not always succeed .... Stay Together, Bloggers, At Your Own Risk ... but ... remember ... Malice Towards None ... One For All .... Rab Raakhaa, Sadaa-Sadaa ......
