Oakwood Theme Park seeks a Cleaning Supervisor Flexible Hours Available May to November 2014 Oakwood Theme Park is located in the idyllic setting of Pembrokeshire, West Wales and has an exciting opportunity to be involved in delivering a great guest experience. You will lead a small team of cleaning assistants. Your role will be to: • Motivate and lead a small team of Services Staff • Responsible for ensuring all areas including toilets are well clean, tidy and well presented. • Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness is maintained to exceed our visitors expectations • Days and hours of work will vary, which will include weekends and bank holidays so a flexible approach is required. About you: Ideally you would have some holiday park/attraction park experience already, however as long as you have experience in a busy operational environment and have proven experience leading a team of people with a positive and motivating style then we can provide training on the housekeeping operation. You will be very organised, be able to work to deadlines and take the lead. You’ll bring a fun an upbeat personality and take pride in your work.
