Oatmeal Cookies with my Twice I added Raisins ,Chocolate Chips & Pecans ;) Recipe 1/2 cup veggie oil 3/4 cup light brown sugar 1/4 cup granulated sugar 2- eggs 2 cups unbleached flour 1 cup raisins 1tsp vanilla 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 2 cups quick - cooking oats In a saucepan combine water & raisins until water begins to boil , turn off add vanilla stir set a side let cool - dont drain u need to use water In a large bowl mix oil , sugars and eggs stir Add raisins mix and all dry ingredients mix very very good It even taste Good Raw :) I dip 2 spoons in water and place cookie dough on sheets with parchment paper in makes 3 Dozen , oven at 350 - 20 mins , let rest & cool enjoy :)
