Obama and others are unlawful enemy combatants conducting a general insurgency to overthrow our government and destroy our nation. In Army parlance, theyre enemies conducting an enormous Civil Affairs operation against the United States. Its most likely being coordinated with Russia and China, whove been trying for generations to do the same thing. Obamas citizenship is irrelevant, because he and others are waging war against the United States. His life history clearly shows hes never had loyalty to the United States, so any oath hes sworn has been void from the beginning and removes him from the traitor class. His true status is that of an unlawful enemy combatant under the law of war, similar to that of a deep cover KGB/FSB agent who has infiltrated our government to conduct massive acts of sabotage. As such, he has absolutely no Constitutional rights (including impeachment) and is subject to immediate arrest, indefinite detention, and trial before a military tribunal. But not just any tribunal -- it must be loyal to We The People.
