Obama gave another FALSE PREMISE! He will train Syrian rebels (terrorists), Not to fight ISIS, but to fight Assad. This will certainly bring in in Russia. Obamas request for funding is FRAUDULENT! Wise up congress, because we (citizens) have already wised up ! How many lies does Obama need to tell? Make a declaration of war against ISIS, so Obama can NOT use the funds to go after Assad, which is his obvious intention. If you want war with Assad, then declare war on him! The congress is looking like a bunch of Idiots! Why cant you see through him? He is transparent ! Why dont you get it? Some of congress (about 6 or 7 do), so why not the rest you!
