Obama has not been arrested, because the members of Congress and justices of the Supreme Court are complicit in his crimes -- they have known all along that he was not a qualified President elect -- so have not been following the Constitution and electoral procedure required in 3 U.S.C. 15 to determine whether or not Obama is a qualified President elect, i.e., they are willfully violating and alienating the Supreme Law of the Land by not making the required objections and call for objections---refusing to inform the voting public and people of the United States of Obamas ineligibility. Obama can never legally assume the Office of President -- so he pretends to hold the Office -- while the members of Congress and justices of the Supreme Court are aiding, comforting and protecting him. The fact is that the rule of law (Supreme Law of the Land) means nothing to the members of Congress and justices of the Supreme Court, not even to one of them. If they respected the rule of law they would be speaking out against the willful violations and alienation of the Supreme Law of the Land, but for their own interests they are not doing so. We have been entirely betrayed by every member in Congress and every justice in the Supreme Court. I no longer see them as the representatives of the people, but criminals only. NOTE: The members of Congress and justices of the Supreme Court are in fact not representing We the People of the United States and have instead been acting in a seditious conspiracy against our Government, violating their oaths and overtly assembling an unconstitutional army against us, i.e., levying war against the United States---committing treason.
