Obama is saying that they may bring Officer Wilson up on Federal charges of Civil Rights Violations.... This is covered under case law and the US Supreme Court upheld this as not being a violation of the Fifth Amendment to the US Constitution. I tell you this as proof that we are no longer living under the US Constitution that our founding fathers left for us. It has been stolen.
