Obama just sold every coal producing state down river and got nothing for it! We agree to cut emissions every year but China is allowed to keeping increasing its emissions until the year 2030, and then, only agrees to a cap! How can it be seen as anything other than an act of aggression against the voters who handed him a bill of no confidence? West Virginia will be devastated as will Kentucky. And in the meantime there is still no economically viable alternative to fossil fuels. The next two years are looking very bleak.
