Obama on TV tonight is wanting ALL Police Departments to have officers of what he calls Race, I hate that Word; equal to match the racial numbers in the community... Well that would be Great... We beg and plead for black men to apply to the Police Departments in ALL cities... The problem is with Affiermative Action Racial mandates already in place with business that pay great salaries what black man or woman would want to work for the small salaries that Police Departments pay when those that can pass a background check and a drug test can make $80 to $120,000 just about anywhere that needs to fill their quota... That is not to mention the fact that Half of the officers should be female as well... A handful of qualified females apply as well... Obama is blaming this situation on Departments not having Equality in their work forces due to Racial discrimination... That is not the case... Departments beg and plead for qualified applicants of ethnic diversity and gender... Its funny that while He is on TV that the Rioting begins again almost at the same moment... Subliminal Effect I believe...
