Obama, the Democrats and the media is trying to scare Americans about the United States defaulting on our debts. It cant and wont happen. Under the 14th amendment and applicable case law, the government is not allowed to default on the public debt We the people ladies and gentlemen pay in more that enough taxes monthly that will allow the government to meet its obligations. Pay the minimum on the debt (like paying the minimum on a credit card) pay all social security, military etc. They may have to delay making gifts to foriegn governments or some pet projects that really arent needed but we WILL NOT default on any debt. Obama needs to stop lying to the American public and trying to scare people.
