Section 1 requires due process, equal protection and a subject to the jurisdiction clause, the jurisdiction clause was supposed to stand for subject to the complete jurisdiction thereof the State and federal government, Laws, traditions and Constitutions thereof. Of this, the former slaves accepted and willingly abided the complete jurisdiction thereof. Those persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers, such as illegal aliens are not citizens according to the Fourteenth Amendment. The Fourteenth Amendment section one now stands for “anchor babies” and jurisdiction thereof now means allegiance to a free Obama phone and welfare. Obama has taken steps to exploit and bastardize a Constitutional amendment to end slavery and used it to create a new class of slaves, this is the true betrayal of Black Americans and many others.
