Obamacare...the Affordable Care Act...is generating a lot of misinformation, confusion and fear...exact same thing that happened when social security rolled out back in the 1930s...at that time the Republicans swore it would destroy the world and turn us all into Communists...kinda like what the flame throwers are saying about Obamacare...here is a novel idea....for the estimated 14.7 Americans who have NO healthcare of any type...that go to the emergency room of hospitals for care...give them coverage, lower the costs for everyone (we who have coverages pay for those who dont) and regulate the excessive profits providers can charge...oh, wait, that is exactly what Obamacare does...is it prefect, hell no it needs tweaking and revised, but not destroyed....here is a nugget for you to consider- The USA is the ONLY developed nation on earth that does not...does not...provide universal healthcare to its citizens...and our healthcare is the most expensive by far of any nation on Earth...why? The FOR PROFIT healthcare industry can charge anything they want- death panesl? Yeah, they are called your insurance company...they decide who lives and who dies based on the premiums you pay- I am sorry, we dont cover experimental extraordinary life saving procedures- you must die...tell your member of Congress- dont repeal Obamacare, fix the problem areas...
