Obamacare will fail. This statement is based on simple economic logic. It will fail for one simple reason: young Americans are not stupid. It is cheaper to pay the penalty than it is to buy health insurance. Treatment cannot be denied for pre-existing conditions. A person can simply pay the penalty and not buy insurance. When that person becomes sick they can buy insurance and get treatment. Here is the catch: the Supreme Court ruled Obamacare constitutional because the penalty was low enough to NOT discourage Americans from not buying insurance. Otherwise, it would be unconstitutional.
