Obamas humanitarian war brought the predicted results--disaster. Congress declined to block the war, so it shares the blame with Obama. Also to blame are all the US war hawks. Politicians and their enablers have again caused massive death and destruction, with no consequences to themselves. Three years ago, the United States and its NATO allies used air power to propel the Libyan rebels to a sweeping victory over Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi, bombing government troops so that rebels could advance on cities, and even the colonel himself, when he tried to flee.
