Obamas no-show at the funeral for Major General Harold Greene has inspired outrage. The headline circulating the right side of the Web holds that Obama bucked tradition. Except I looked it up: Richard Nixon and both Presidents Bush never attended a funeral for a soldier killed in action, and Carter, Reagan and Clinton turned up for a few memorial services. Maybe this should be a tradition, but it hasnt been to date.
