Observation of the day: Today at work Ive had a LOT of patients wish me a Happy Easter I am somewhat surprised by this and at the same time...not. Surprised because: We are living in a time where the name of Jesus is not recognized. Many are living faithlessly OR have a faith in another entity/belief system that isnt Christian. While, thats each ones personal choice/preference...respectably. My thoughts are these: I work in a medical department where people are often times in despair. They are... so sick that they have to often be referred to a psychologist to help them cope with their life-long illness. I wonder...is it in our darkest hour, our BIGGEST despairs, our time of GREAT need, a need for HOPE and a sense of peace...that we reach out to JESUS? As our Healer. As our Hope. Is this so? I think so. I pray we reach out to him at ALL times. In health! In wealth! In our triumphs! In sickness! In need! In our despair! May we ALWAYS call on the name of Jesus. HE is GOOD! ~GOOD~Friday~
