Observations - water! We all know the rule: Dont Drink The Water!!! So, drink bottled water if you broke the seal. Drink carbonated bottled drinks. Or be prepared to purify your water. We have some fancy UV water purifying bottles, we have water purification tablets, but the cheapest and easiest method is like this; put municipal water or bandana filtered water in the blue 5 gallon water bottle clearly marked pre-filtered. Add 40 drops of chlorine bleach (8 drops per gallon), wait 30+ minutes, then use this water to load the Brita filter water pitcher, using this water to fill the blue bottles clearly marked purified and filtered. Hey! Its not like I cook anymore.
