Admin staff downtime- please find something to do I am sure there are plenty of things you could do rather than talk about yourselves. 3. That 7.5 cms Unisurge 4 ply cotton gauze costs hardly anything- wrong person to tell its expensive so use it carefully and split it up. 4. Surely someone could have cleaned toilets and tidied Reception up over 3 hours. Must be frustrating for the admin staff and porters and security guards not being able to lift up those cups ,unused vomit bowls or check the toilets. 5. 3 staff and 3 lots of the same questions from the same form. 6. Drinking water would be nice- not a bottle at £1.40 from a machine. 7. Yes believe me I do have low cholesterol and had before I went on statins! 8. Ps. To the girl who ate a KFC in the waiting area- is that really a good idea? All the above said I was looked after and treated pleasantly........
