Observations in our first two days: The artistry of contrast~ Sleeping but still listening in the Nairobi airport...many languages and dialects in perfect cacophony. It was a beautiful symphony. A glimpse of heaven, maybe? A single runway at the International Airport in Madagascar... taxi to the end, to the barrier with reflectors, turn around, and head for the terminal. One flight at a time! Yes, I did say International Airport. Like IAH. :) And the biggest so far {and true anywhere outside of our comfort zone}, what we view as disadvantaged could quite possibly be considered priveleged. As I work with slow and weak internet to post updates & pictures to Facebook with the convenience of wifi, we experience the part of everyday life power-outage. Several hours with no power, yet Toris computer was charged and we were able to continue watching Iron Man 3. Amazing and humbling, really. I am so ready to get to Nosy Be. Power outage? No problem...no power anyway!
