Observations of my Beverly Hills hotel room: * There are mirrors everywhere. Every. Where. The shower has mirrors on three sides. I really, really dont need to see that much of myself. * Theres no clock radio. Really? I realize a clock radio may not match the otherwise chic decor of the room, but...Ive never been in a hotel room that didnt have a clock radio. Ill use my cell phone as an alarm clock, sure, but...thats not the point. Theres no clock radio. * Theres an interesting little pullout minibar (with a mirror on the inside of the door...surprise!) that includes bottles of Patron, Jamesons, JD, and some sort of blue liqueur that could double as a household cleanser. * In one five-minute span this evening, I saw three Jags, two BMWs and a Porsche drive up to the front of the hotel. I kid you not. I thought that sort of thing only happened in movies.
