Obstruction of questioning? What was he being taken into custody for? These officers need to go back into training. They need to understand that an obstruction of questioning is a rebuttle or refuting and they respond verbally. By law they are not allowed to man handle him unless he was going to hurt himself or anyone else around him. He is resisting arrest via abuse and brutality as a human being and citizen of his country.
