Obviously Im going to have to sum up ........ In my words/ understanding-- its not the school failing me its the state. They dont expel kids anymore so its standard detention, suspension (in/out), ect. The state has specific guidelines to which are to be met so it was also found these kids did not meet all criteria so although its BULLYING it doesnt meet state law to been written under HIB law! I got very upset mark did the rest of the talking and basically now besides detentions and suspension these kids dont meet standard for sometging harsh?!?! ie she not targeted for a disability or race ect. I have anxiety and a busy weekend so I will now focus on me and my life for the weekend!! Feel free to comment but I will not be on social media for a bit. Need to focus on my life my family and my 5 kids.....these kids have ruined enough!
