Looking for a new female roommate to join us in our lovely and spacious and sunny 3 bedroom apartment in the metro supermarket towers of Zamalek (right behind the flamenco hotel on abo el feda). The rent is 2050 EGP plus utilities (doorman, electric, gas, water, internet, cleaners) which ranges monthly about 200 EGP or more per person (depending on usage). I stay in the master bedroom with my own bathroom while the other two rooms share the second bathroom. Every room in the apartment has air-conditioning, all appliances work (fridge, oven, washing machine). The kitchen is very big as well as the living and dining rooms. There is a huge double sliding door which closes off the living from the dining and the bedroom corridor so that those sleeping inside or studying in the dining room cannot hear any noise from the living room. Our location is ideal, you can literally find anything you want just downstairs (pharmacy,grocery store,salon,electrician,restaurants,printing/copy, exchange bureau). We are high up and facing the Nile so we have a great view (I can even see the pyramids!). There are 3 reliable elevators for the building. There is plenty of sunlight and the apartment is very clean. There are wooden floors and classy wooden tables. The couches are very comfortable. We have a coffee machine, blender, kettle, a new flatscreen TV, wifi, and a Playstation 3 The bedroom is the bigger of the two, has plenty of storage and closet space,a vanity, AC, and big windows. There is lots of extra storage space in the corridor and dining room as well. The neighbors, doorman, and security are never a problem as the metro towers are very private and everyone keeps to themselves and it is very safe. Mixed gender guests are not an issue. The landlord lives in Aswan so we never have to deal with him. We deposit the rent in his bank account and whenever we need anything fixed, we deduct it from the rent. He is very cooperative and friendly. No cats, please. Other pets negotiable. Please do not hesitate to contact me if youd like to come by and have a look!
