Obviously genetics and gym goals are involved in peoples decisions - TopicsExpress

Obviously genetics and gym goals are involved in peoples decisions when choosing a low carb diet. To me however the simple idea is that low carb intake means low energy which equal to, at best mediocre workouts (which may even seem like good ones due to having a hard training session when your body is running on fumes) compared with a high carb diet which will allow for more intense and longer (if required) training which in turn will build more strength and muscle whilst combatting the idea that they will make you fat. There is a reason why even physique athletes keep their carb intake around as high as their protein intake when they are at their strongest in the off season, to train harder and build muscle. Thoughts?
