Obviously the ultimate goal is under the hammer; however, today has been positive day for the auction process in California. Prior to marketing as an auction, La Jolla Mesa Drive was on the market for 90days with no inquiry. Over the last 3 weeks the property has generated 5 offers and sparked considerable interest. No registered non contingent bidders today, so the third stage of the process will now see the property listed at a competitive price based on fact and feedback received from the market and expect to see a result very shortly. Congratulations to Justin Brennan who ran a great campaign.
