Occasionally Ill get a few people who see me at the gym or track ask me, What are you training for? My response, Life. Im constantly training and competing to be the best version of myself possible both inside and out. What can I do to push my body harder than yesterday? Make my heart stronger, my legs quicker, my arms able to lift more than yesterday? AND What can I do to push my clients? Make them even better than last week? Theres an athlete in all of us, let her/him out to play! #BrooklynFit
