Major retailers at the Jersey Gardens Mall - The Outlet Collection are hiring for multiple positions as follows: 30 CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES ASSOCIATES. Some MANAGERIAL POSITIONS are also available. Requirements: Customer Service and Sales Associates – Must be energetic with strong verbal selling and interpersonal skills. Ideal candidate is someone who is highly skilled in retail functions and capable of providing exemplary customer service on the Job. Applicants should have previous retail experience, flexible schedule availability, along with the ability to work weekends and holidays. Some managerial positions – At least one year of managerial experience in the retail industry. Interested candidates must attend a mandatory workshop at the Retail Skills Center.
