** October 18, 2013 Lunar Eclipse ~ Full Moon in Aries ------------------------------------------------------------ Aries starts off our eclipse season, hosting a Lunar Eclipse on October 18th. Scorpio follows on November 3rd with a Hybrid Solar Eclipse. Get ready for a few weeks of upheaval, transformation and peering deep into the unconscious. Much to his chagrin Mars, ruler of Aries, isnt sure how to get to the party. And of course, hes sure that if he wanders around long enough, hell find his way there. No need to ask for directions, thanks. The problem is that when he stares out across the zodiac, all he sees is Neptune on the other side glowing and shimmering with pixie dust. Mars in Virgo is skeptical about whether this is the real Neptune or just special effects from a Halloween costume. There must be a logical explanation! As he tries to make sense of it all, Mars feels a song coming on and begins to sing (in perfect pitch, of course): Is this the real life, Is this just fantasy, Caught in a landslide, No escape from reality... Mercury is wading through the Scorpio swamp, turning round and round, going nowhere fast, trying to find signs that point to the Eclipse party. Hes convinced that Saturn, a short ways behind him, must have implemented budget cuts by turning out the lights. Hes about to head back and have a stern talk with him about it.
