October 20, 2014 Glory to God, an awesome day! Had the privilege to minister to: - A girl on the bus who was coughing continuously. She was wearing a disposable medical masks that covered her mouth and nose. Eventually I put my hand on her shoulder gently to show concern for her and to ask her how she was. She kindly motioned that she was alright, even though she likely had some discomfort. I asked her if I could pray for her, motioning with my hands together, a symbol for praying. I did this action because she seemed like an international student and I was not sure if she could understand English well. She welcomed me to pray. After ministering to her in Jesus name, she thanked me. She got off the bus several minutes later and in that period of time, she did not cough once. As she left the bus, even though she seemed quite shy, she looked at me and smiled with appreciation. God blessed her and myself through this and maybe some others as well who witnessed the goodness of God. - A native woman on the same bus for her ear which she has had problems with. We began talking about the crossword puzzle she was working on. She then asked me what I was working on/reading. I had the Divine Healing Technician manual out and shared with her about how Jesus did awesome works of healing when He was on Earth and how he said that those who believe in Him would do such works also. She seemed intrigued. I shared a testimony with her of how a lady received sight back in one of her eyes recently when a brother in Christ ministered to her. I then asked her if she had any physical pain/issues with her body. She shared that she has experienced problems with one of her ears. I placed my hand on her shoulder and thanked God for His love for her and for healing her ear. I commanded any unclean spirit to leave her in Jesus name, which I did because the Word of God shows that sometimes physical issues can be connected to the work of an unclean spirit. I also spoke to her ear in Christs name, telling it and associated parts to be healed and to function properly. She seemed very grateful. I exited the bus at my stop just moments later and as I left, she said God bless. On a side note, there was another woman near to us on the bus who I could see was interested in what was taking place. I trust that God was working in her heart and will continue to because she also is greatly loved by Him! - A brother in Christ named Mike (Michael) regarding congenital heart disease and emphysema. He was sitting on the sidewalk, accepting donations. I believe he may have been without a home. I could see the light of Christ in his eyes and found out shortly after stopping to talk with him that he was in fact a believer in Jesus. He shared that he had the above issues and he welcomed prayer. On my way back from an errand, I stopped to talk with him again. I realized then that he had an oxygen tank with tubes going into his nostrils. We prayed regarding a few other things and he shared that he felt better. He was appreciative for some wisdom/advice that he also received during our conversation. We were both blessed by this time together and I am humbled to think of how much I have and how this fellow brother, who has much less material possessions, still has such joy and peace because He knows the love and salvation of God. Halleluyah! On a related note, Gods amazing ability to orchestrate things occurred while talking with Mike. While talking, I hear someone shout my name and to my surprise, its my brother Adom. He drives buses for the public transit system and there he was, in the drivers seat of a bus, stopped in front of us with the bus door open, calling my name and telling me to take care of his dog for him. LOL! God your so awesome!!! Thanks for revealing your love for us Jesus and confirming matters in such extravagant ways. Hope the family of God is encouraged! So many people to love and God, who is Love, living in us, ready to meet people in their need!
