October 2014 is going to be a month of many changes. I end my show on Party Radio USA after 4 years and 4 months. I end the New York Dance Music Coalition after 20 years. In terms of exercise, I will be changing my game up. I will be expanding my horizons by taking different classes on my limited time...which arent Zumba. I will also hit Van Cortlandt Park to try running. For those ladies Ive met at the WNBA event....I want to visit your Zumba classes. Change is good and necessary in order to grow. Its time to get it :)
