October 21,2014 Dear Parents/Guardian Greetings! Last Saturday, in the scheduled meeting of the parents with PTC Officers held on the audicourt, the issue regarding the itinerary for the field trip of the preschool and grades 1,2 and 3 classes was raised raise and based on the feedback from those who attended the meeting, there is a consensus that many of the parents would like to have the itinerary changed. There are also some who also want to change the itinerary for the grades 4,5 and 6 classes. The school administration, sensitive and respectful of the sentiments of the parents and students on issues that directly affect them, decided that this issue will be resolved through a consultation and votation with the parents as to what the final itinerary will be followed for this years field trip the following are the choices: Preschool/Grades 1,2 and 3 OCTOBER 28,2014 Option1: Avilon Zoo, Quezon Memorial Circle, M.L.Quezon Heritage House,PAGASA Weather Forecasting Facility tour and Planetarium Option 2: Paradizoo ThemeFarm(Tagaytay), National Museum,Lucky Me Tour/ Luneta Planitarium,Manila Ocean Park Grade 4 to 6 OCTOBER 29,2014 Option 1: Avilon Zoo, Quezon Memorial Circle, M.L.Quezon Heritage House,PAGASA Weather Forecasting Facility tour and Planetarium Option 2: U.P Los Banos Museum, Rizal Shrine in Calamba, Enchanted Kingdom Option 3: National Museum,Lucky Me Tour/ Luneta Planitarium,Manila Ocean *Due to booking constraint, only the upper elementary group will be going to the planetarium because the place can only accommodate a limited number of person at a time. To avoid long waiting time, the preschool group will be going to the luck Me Factory Plant instead. The itinerary for the high school classes remains the same and will still be scheduled on OCTOBER29,2014. The suggestion that the schedule for the October 29 field trip be made earlier cannot be anymore be changed because according to the field trip provider, prior arrangements were already set and will be difficult to rest. Concerns regarding the traffic rerouting that may be held for the incoming All Saints Day prove unfounded because based on inquires made with the South Luzon Tollway Management, there are no advisories from the local governments in laguna with regards to rerouting on the roads that are to be transversed for the Fieldtrip on October 29 in the either Laguna or Laguna-Tagaytay leg.In the website of MMDA!there is also no advisory on rerouting on roads to be traversed for the venues of the Rizal-Quezon City leg for the Field trip. So the field trip for the upper elementary and high school classes will still be held on OCTOBER 29 as earlier announced. Please accomplish the reply slip below and return it not later than Wednesday, OCTOBER 22,2014.The basis for the final itinerary is whatever option will be chosen by the Majority. Thank you.
