October 3, 1966, around 7:30 PM, a beautiful, precious and adorable tiny little baby girl was placed first in Wilmas arms and then mine as God blessed us and gave us joy beyond expression through our 17-day old daughter. She was now in our lives but had been in our hearts for months. We not only thank God constantly for her but thank and pray for the teenagers who were her birth-parents and chose to allow her to live and be our daughter instead of aborting her. God has been so good to us. And we thank Him daily for the joy she has brought into our lives these 48 years.
